JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed the first trading session today (9/6) at 5,081.88. The index rose 11.33 points or 0.22% from the last closing at 5,070.56.
Two sectoral indices fell in session I, namely the basic industry and property sectors. The remaining eight other sectors strengthened and pushed JCI into the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the agriculture sector which rose by 1.68%.
LQ45 top gainers in session I were PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN) and PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR). (LM)
