JAKARTA - Revenue of PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) in the first quarter of this year grew four-fold to Rp 85.23 billion. This achievement skyrocketed 478.82% compared to the same period last year of Rp 14.72 billion.
Based on DMMX's financial statements which ended on March 31, 2020, the biggest contribution to revenue came from trade marketing as much as Rp 61.54 billion, followed by hardware sales of Rp 17.31 billion and management services of Rp 5.42 billion. In Q1 2019, contribution from trade marketing was only recorded at Rp 2.18 billion, hardware sales at Rp 8.67 billion and management services at Rp 3.85 billion.
In line with the increase in revenue, DMMX’s cost of revenue also increased from Rp 10.11 billion in Q1 2019 to Rp 74.26 billion in Q1 2020. Thus, DMMX's operating profit in the first quarter reached Rp 5.07 billion.
During this period, DMMX recorded a finance income of Rp 6.30 billion and a finance expenses of Rp 1.41 billion. Thus, the company's net profit in the first quarter of this year was recorded at Rp 8.81 billion, up 492.68% from the same period last year of Rp 1.48 billion. (LM)
