JAKARTA. PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk (KBLM) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 11.2 billion (Rp 10 per share), equivalent to 28.98% of its net profit in 2019 (Rp 38.65 billion).
The decision was approved by the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), which was held on 10 June.
In addition, KBLM decided to use Rp 400 million of its net profit in 2019 as a reserve fund. The rest of its net profit will be kept as retained earnings, to increase working capital.
The cum date was set on 18 June 2020 on the regular market. While the cum date on the cash market was set on 22 June 2020. Dividend payments will be made on 9 July 2020.
According to its annual financial statements, KBLM recorded a decline in its net profit of 5% year on year (YoY) to Rp 38.65 billion. (KR/AR)
