JAKARTA - Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) opened strong in early trading today (17/6). At 09:35 WIB, the Index was recorded at 4,993.16, up 6.71 points from the last closing.
There were four sectors that weakened in early trading today, namely the infrastructure, miscellaneous industries, mining and finance sectors. The remaining six other sectors strengthened and pushed JCI into the green zone.
As reported by Kontan, there were 183 shares that gained, 84 shares weakened and 129 shares stagnated in early trading today. The total transaction volume reached 1.45 billion shares with a total value of Rp 1.44 trillion. (LM)
