JAKARTA - Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) opened strong at early trading today (6/19). At 09.20 WIB, the Index was recorded at 4,967.98 or rose 42.74 points from the last closing.
Two sectoral indices weakened in early trading today namely the mining and agriculture sectors. The remaining eight other sectors strengthened and pushed JCI into the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the basic industrial sector which grew by 2.29%.
The LQ45 top gainers in early trading today were PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) and PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN). (LM)
