JAKARTA - PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) received an additional credit ceiling worth US$ 29.50 million from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), which increases its total ceiling to US$ 64.50 million. In addition to that, the company also received an extension for its Working Capital Credit (KMK) agreement until 21 June 2021.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (23/6), Sudin, Corporate Secretary of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) said that the additional facility will help strengthen and improve the company's operations.
The loan facility agreement was given to GEMS and its subsidiaries including, PT Borneo Indobara, PT Kuansing Inti Makmur (KIM), and PT Barasentosa Lestari (BSL). (LK/AR)
