JAKARTA - PT Nusa Cipta Raya Tbk (NRCA) managed to repurchase (buyback) 24,836,500 shares during the period of 19 March to 19 June 2020. The repurchased shares will be kept as treasury shares.
In the disclosure of information submitted on Tuesday (6/23), Hadiwinanto Christanto, President Director of PT Nusa Cipta Raya Tbk (NRCA) said that the average price used for the buyback was Rp 297.44 per share. The company spent Rp 7.38 billion on the buyback.
However, the realization is far below the company's target made in March 2020. The company prepared Rp 125 billion to buy 250 million shares at a price of Rp 500 per share. (LK/AR)
