JAKARTA. PT Megalestari Epack Sentosaraya Tbk held its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a target of obtaining Rp 27.5 billion.
The total number of shares offered by Megalestari Epack is 250 million, with a nominal price of Rp 50 per share.
For the IPO, Megalestari Epack appointed PT Sinarmas Sekuritas as the guarantor. The offering period starts today, and allotment will be done on 29 June 2020. The shares will be listed on the IDX on 1 July 2020.
Purchase order can only be made online through PT Sinartama Gunita, as the appointed securities administration bureau.
