JAKARTA - The shareholders of PT Saraswati Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF) decided to distribute cash dividends worth Rp 52.78 billion, taken from its net profit in 2019. The decision was made during the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which took place today (26/6).
Yahya Taufik, President Director of PT Saraswati Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF), said the company booked a net profit of Rp 86.83 billion last year. "The remaining net profit will be recorded as retained earnings," he said in a press release.
According to him, the company recorded Rp 1.28 trillion in revenue in 2019, better than its record in 2018 of Rp 1.20 trillion.
"Although in 2019 we experienced difficulties due to a decline in CPO prices, but we recorded 6.5% revenue growth compared to the previous year," said Taufik. (LK/AR)
