JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL) decided to distribute dividends totaling Rp 81.03 billion or 22.7% of the 2019 net profit which was recorded at Rp 357 billion.
Susanto Djaja, President Director of MTDL revealed, "The Annual GMS has decided the distribution of dividends, which is certainly supported by the success of MTDL in making a net profit in 2019, and is inseparable from the performance generated by all stakeholders."
For information, MTDL recorded revenue of Rp 15.06 trillion in 2019, an increase compared to the achievements in the previous year of Rp 12.71 trillion. The largest contribution to revenue came from the hardware segment of Rp 11.91 trillion, followed by software with Rp 1.95 trillion, services and maintenance of Rp 1.15 trillion and finance lease income of Rp. 37.48 billion.
Along with the growth of revenue, MTDL's cost of revenue also increased annually to Rp 13.86 trillion from Rp 11.70 trillion in 2018. As a result, the company's net profit in 2019 was recorded at Rp 357.07 billion or increased compared to the previous year amounting to Rp 288.04 billion. (LM)
