JAKARTA - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) posted a revenue increase of 1.7% year on year (yoy) to Rp 860.7 billion.

During the period, the number of DIVA’s SME partners grew 17.6% yoy to around 25,000 outlets. In addition, the company’s digital financial services such as prepaid card top-up, infrastructure-as-a-service, and digital payment aggregator also recorded a revenue surge of 6.3% yoy to Rp 1.3 billion.

“These all indicate that the healthy business model we have adopted, on the foundation that we built over the past year, in terms of networks and products (platforms) have yielded eminent fruits,” DIVA Corporate Secretary Septi Suryani wrote in an official statement received by IDNFinancials.com, Monday (29/6).

In April 2020, DIVA announced investment in Bahasa.ai, an AI-driven chatbot platform operated by PT Antares Global Technology, through a subsidiary. The investment is expected to strengthen DIVA’s Intelligent Instant Messaging (IIM) segment.

“Going forward, this investment will also establish stronger user bases for both companies, which currently serve different markets. DIVA focuses on the SME segment while Bahasa.ai supports the e-commerce, banking, and modern retail segments,” Ms Suryani concluded. (MS)
