JAKARTA - PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS), an automotive trading company, targets to raise Rp 576.95 billion - Rp 721.19 billion through rights issue. During the corporate action, the company will release 2,884,775,000 shares.
Maureen Oktarita, Corporate Secretary of PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS) said that the price that will be used in rights issue is around Rp 200 to Rp 250 per share. "The proceeds from the rights issue will be used to increase capital investment in our subsidiaries," she said in an information disclosure on Tuesday (30/6).
According to her, this corporate action will improve the company's operational and financial performance. After the rights issue, the company's total asset value will increase to Rp 24.90 trillion, mainly due to the increase in the company;s cash to Rp 1.17 trillion. (LK/AR)
