JAKARTA - PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk ("HOKI") decided to distribute a total dividend of Rp 28.63 billion or 27.61% of the net profit in 2019 which was recorded at Rp 103.72 billion. This has been decided in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2019 fiscal year which was held yesterday (6/30).
Sukarto Bujung, as the President Director of HOKI said, "As our appreciation to shareholders, then in this GMS the management has received approval to distribute dividends from net income in 2019 worth Rp 12 per share."
HOKI recorded sales of Rp 1.65 trillion throughout 2019, up 15.53% from the achievements in 2018 of Rp 1.43 trillion. Along with the increase in sales, HOKI's cost of goods sold also rose to Rp 1.41 trillion.
In 2019, the company posted sales expenses of Rp 31.12 billion, general and administrative expenses of Rp 49.89 billion and interest expenses of Rp 16.74 billion. As a result, the company's net profit in 2019 was recorded at Rp 103.72 billion, up 14.99% from the achievements in 2018 of Rp 90.19 billion. (LM)
