JAKARTA - On July 1, PT Global Pahala Rental (GPR) and PT Mobilku Dotcom Sejahtera (MDS) both of which are subsidiaries of PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) have established a new subsidiary called PT Mokas Automotive Sejahtera.
The total investment value of the subsidiary that will engage in the used car trading business is Rp 4 billion. Based on information disclosure on the IDX, the composition of shareholders of PT Mokas Otomotif Sejahtera is 75% GPR (Rp 3 billion) and 25% MDS (Rp 1 billion).
With the establishment of this new subsidiary, PMJS will have investment and business diversification that is still related to the main activities of its subsidiaries. The company expects PT Mokas Automotive Sejahtera will support the business activities of GPR and MDS and provide additional revenue for the company. (LM)
