JAKARTA - The shares of PT Boston Furniture Industries Tbk (SOFA) has begun floating today (7/7) after the company became listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on July 2, 2020. According to a prospectus, the company currently offers 400 million shares at an initial price of Rp 100 per share.
In a stock exchange filing, IDX Head of Corporate Assessment 2 Vera Florida said SOFA has listed 1.65 million shares, consisting of 1.25 billion founder shares and 400 million initial offering shares. The founder shares are registered in the names of Hardy Saty and Yohan Satya, who hold 625 million shares each with an eight-month restriction starting from the listing.
In addition, SOFA also offers 400 million warrants at a price of Rp 100 price, which will be executed on January 5 until July 6, 2021. (LK/MS)
