SATU signs agreements with seven of its eight creditors

JAKARTA - PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU) has signed agreements with seven of its eight creditors related to the payment of its debts, which reached Rp 88.88 billion. This was the result of the hearing on the Temporary Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPUS) held on Semarang District Court on 3 July 2020.

Hanna Priskila, Director of PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU) said that KSP Sedya Karya Utama gave the biggest loan facility to SATU among the eight creditors, reaching Rp 33.35 billion. "The source of funds for payment of obligations to creditors is the sale of our property assets," he said in a disclosure published on Tuesday (7/7).

Other creditors include BPD Jawa Tengah (Rp 16.06 billion), PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) (Rp 9.35 billion), BPR Restu Artha Makmur (Rp 2.03 billion), BPR Rudo Indobank (Rp 1.77 billion), KSP Rejo Agung Sukses (Rp 1.88 billion), PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) (Rp. 20.54 billion), and BPR Mandiri Artha Abadi (Rp 3.87 billion). BBTN is the only creditor who rejected the agreement. (LK/AR)
