JAKARTA - Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) opened strong at early trading today (8/7). At 09.08 WIB, the index was observed to strengthen 18.99 points to 5,006.07.
A total of eight sectoral indices strengthened and pushed JCI into the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the basic industrial sector and the two declining sectors were the construction and miscellaneous industries sectors.
LQ45 top gainers this morning were PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP), PT Tjiwi Kimia Tbk Paper Factory (TKIM) and PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT). (LM)
