ROTI uses 68% of its IPO proceeds to build new factories and equipment maintenance

JAKARTA - PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI), owner of Sari Roti brand, has spent 68% (Rp 886.90 billion) of its IPO proceeds to build new factories and equipment maintenance.

As quoted from the company's disclosure on Friday (10/7), Arlina Sofia, Director of PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) said that the IPO proceeds were used to build several factories in Pasuruan, Medan, Purwakarta, Cibitung, Makassar, Cikande, Cikarang, Gresik, Semarang, and Pekanbaru.

The remaining IPO proceeds of Rp 421.34 billion are currently saved in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) with an interest rate of 5.75% per year. (LK/AR)
