JAKARTA. PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) or Sritex will distribute cash dividends worth Rp.20.45 billion taken from its net profit in 2019. Dividends distributed this year are 66% lower than the cash dividends distributed last year.
The decision was made at Sritex's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUSPT) held a few days ago. In this meeting, Sritex's shareholders also agreed to keep 20% of net profit as reserve funds. Then, US$ 66.65 million was set as retained earnings.
According to the data owned by idnfinancials.com, Sritex booked a net profit of US$ 87.65 million in 2019, 3.65% higher than its record in 2018. (KR/AR)
