JAKARTA. PT Siantar Top Tbk (STTP), a snack food company, will distribute cash dividends worth Rp 100 billion, 20.72% of its net profit in 2019.
Agus Suhartanto, President Director of STTP, said the decision had been approved by the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held last week. The meeting also approved the use of Rp 15 billion of company profit as a reserve fund, and Rp 367.59 billion as retained earnings.
"[The value of dividends] is Rp 76.34 per share [which will be distributed] to holders of 1.31 million shares of the company," Suhartanto said on Tuesday (14/7) through information disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website.
Cum date on the regular and negotiated market is set on 20 July 2020, and 22 July 2020 for the cash market. Dividend payments will be made on 12 August 2020. (KR/AR)
