JAKARTA. The General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) approved the appointment of Fitria Yusuf as the company's President Director and Bambang Hartadi and Hasyim as Independent Directors.
Fitria Yusuf is one of Jakarta's socialites as well as the daughter of businessman Yusuf Hamka. The AGM held on Tuesday (14/7) also approved the appointment of Feisal Hamka as President Commissioner, Farid Hamka as Commissioner and Tinne Ratulangi as Independent Commissioner.
In addition to the appointment of the new management, the GMS also approved the addition of authorized capital, rights issue of 1.81 billion shares, and the issuance of series I warrants.
Corporate Secretary of CMNP, Indah Dahlia Lavie, explained that the rights issue proceeds would later be used for business development, particularly to increased interconnectivity in the metropolitan area.
According to her, the company's business development plan has received full support from the government following the opening of section 2 of the Desari toll road (Brigif-Sawangan) on 3 July 2020 and after the signing of the toll road concession agreement (PPJT) related to the development of the Cawang-Tanjung toll road Priok - Ancol - Jembatan Tiga / Pluit Section of East Ancol - Pluit or Harbor Road II on 23 June 2020.
