JAKARTA - Starting today, PT Gading Development Tbk (GAMA) is officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the name of PT Aksara Global Development Tbk. Even though the company name has changed, the company's stock code still uses GAMA.
Based on information disclosure on the IDX, Gading Development has sent a name change letter to the IDX on December 13, 2019 and an electronic letter on July 15, 2020. This name change was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 21, 2018 and Decree from the Ministry Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0019911.AH.01.02.Tahun 2018 dated September 26, 2018.
For information, last year GAMA posted a net sales of Rp 74.15 billion, down compared to the previous year of Rp 77.54 billion. On the other hand, GAMA's net profit grew from Rp 1.21 billion in 2019 to Rp 1.67 billion in 2020. (LM)
