JAKARTA. At least 143 companies, mostly from the United States (US), will relocate their investment to Indonesia.
Director of Promotion Development at investment Coordinating Board, Alma Karma, explained that out of the 143 companies, 57 of which were US companies, 39 Taiwan companies, 25 South Korean companies, and the rest are Japanese and Hong Kong companies.
Of that number, seven of them have relocated and diversified to Indonesia with a potential investment value of US$ 830 million and 30,000 new jobs. (AM/AR)
