JAKARTA - PT Andhika Raya Semesta has offloaded 16,698,122 of its shares in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), worth Rp 18.30 billion, in a transaction last week. Following the transaction, Andhika Raya's ownership in TEBE has dropped from 5.24% of the latter's placed and paid-up capital to 3.94%.
In a stock exchange filing on Tuesday (21/7), Andhika Raya Director Brigitta Hadianto announced that the transaction price had been Rp 1,096 per share. The company now ons 50,669,388 shares in TEBE, having previously owned 67,367,510 shares.
Currently TEBE has 98,680,400 shares in total and its major shareholders consist of Calden Investments Ltd (11.15%), Hoch Ventures Pte Ltd (8.31%), and PT Prima Mineral Utama (51.78%). (LK/MS)
