JAKARTA. PT Mora Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Moratelindo) will issue Sukuk Ijarah with a total value of Rp 277 billion, The sukuk is part of Moratelindo's Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah I with a total value of Rp 3 trillion.
The announcement at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) revealed that the sukuk will be issued in two series; Series A with a principal value of Rp 191 billion, a 3-year tenor, and compensation of Rp 20.05 billion per year, and Series B with a principal value of Rp 86 billion with a 5-year tenor and compensation of Rp 9.67 billion per year.
The public offering period will take place from 30 July to 6 August 2020, with the allotment on 7 August 2020 and the listing date on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 12 August 2020. (AM/AR)
