A subsidiary of Indomobil will issue bonds

JAKARTA. PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia (IFI), a subsidiary of PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS), issued bonds worth Rp 286 billion through its Shelf Registration Bonds IV phase I/2020 program with a target of raising Rp 750 billion.

The bonds,are offered in 3 series; A, B and C. The principal value of series A bonds is Rp 179 billion, with a fixed interest rate of 8.45% per annum and a tenor of 370 days. Then the series B has a total value of Rp 17 billion, with a fixed rate of 9.55% per year and a 36-month tenor. Meanwhile, the series C has a total value of Rp 90 billion, with an interest rate of 9.9% per year and a 60-month tenor.

For the bond issuance, the company appointed 6 underwriters; PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia. (KR/AR)
