JAKARTA - In its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), PT Vale Indonesia Tbk.(INCO) appointed Rudiantara, former Minister of Communication and Information as Vice President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner. He will replace Mahendra Siregar, who was appointed by President Joko Widodo as Deputy Foreign Minister in October 2019.

In a press release published on Wednesday (29/7), Bernardus Irmanto, Chief Financial Officer of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) stated that Rudiantara would fill the position until 2023. In addition, the company also reappointed James Travers as President Commissioner. The company also appointed Luiz Fernando Landeiro, Cory MC Phee, and Nobuhiro as commissioners. Finally, Raden Sukhyar was reappointed as Independent Commissioner.

On that occasion, INCO shareholders also reappointed Nicolas Kanter as INCO's Managing Director until 2021. As for the other INCO directors, Deputy Managing Director Febriany Eddy, Bernardus Irmanto, Dani Widjaja, Agus Superiadi, and Vinicius Mendes Ferreira respectively as directors . (LK)
