JAKARTA - PT Mora Telematics Indonesia, a telecommunications infrastructure company, offers Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah I phase II/2020 with a total value of Rp 277 billion. The bonds will be offered until 6 August 2020.
As quoted from the company's prospectus published on Wednesday (29/7), the sukuk will be issued in two series. Series A has a total value of Rp 191 billion, with a return of Rp 20.55 billion per year and a three-year tenor. Series B has a total value of Rp 86 billion with a return of Rp 9.67 billion per year and a five-year tenor.
The funds obtained from the sukuk will be used investments and working capital.
PT BNI Sekuritas and PT Sucor Sekuritas were appointed as underwriters, while PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) was appointed as the trustee. (LK/AR)
