JAKARTA - PT Eliscom Prima Karya has divested 16,448,800 of its shares in PT Galva Technologies Tbk (GLVA) in the last two weeks in July 2020.
Maria Fransiska, Corporate Secretary of PT Galva Technologies Tbk (GLVA), said that after the transactions, Eliscom's stake was reduced to 74.77%. The company sold its GLVA shares in 10 transactions during the period of 22-30 July 2020, with an average price of Rp 320.8 per share or Rp 5.27 billion in total.
Previously, Eliscom also divested by releasing 50 million of its GLVA shares for Rp16.50 billion on 17 June 2020. (LK/AR)
