JAKARTA - PT Marks Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) raised Rp 17.55 billion from treasury stock sales during the period of 21 July - 3 August 2020. The shares sold by the company came from the buyback program conducted by the company earlier in the year, in which the company invested Rp 15 billion.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (4/8), Yuriam Trisjoyo, Corporate Secretary of PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK), said that the number of treasury shares resold was 20,435,100. "With an average selling price of Rp 859 per share," he said.
The sale was carried out by PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk (PANS) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (LK/AR)
