JAKARTA - PT Bumi Benowo Sukses Sejahtera Tbk (BBSS), a company that made its debut on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 31 March 2020, has used Rp 130.61 billion of its IPO proceeds. This was conveyed by Felix Soesanto , President Director of PT BBSS in the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (4/8).
In the IPO, the company issued 4.8 billion shares, consisting of 3.50 billion of founding shares and 1.30 billion of public shares. In the corporate action, the company raised Rp 149.34 billion from the public shares.
According to him, the funds were used to buy three land plots with Certificate of Ownership (SHM) 113, SHM 725 and SHM 914 in Kebomas, Gresik, East Java. Some of it were also used as working capital. (LK/AR)
