JAKARTA. PT Ciputra Developments Tbk (CTRA) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 148.29 billion, 20% of its net profit in 2019, which reached Rp 1.16 trillion.
CTRA's shareholders decided on this plan during the company's annual shareholders' meeting, which was held at the end of July 2020. In addition to distributing dividends, the shareholders also agreed to keep Rp1.01 trillion of its net profit as retained earnings.
"[Retained earnings] will be used for the development of the company's business," said CTRA's management through its disclosure published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website.
The value of dividends per share distributed by CTRA is Rp 8 per share. This is slightly lower than the cash dividend distributed by the company last year (Rp 10 per share).
The management has set cum date on regular and negotiated markets on 10 August 2020, and 12 August 2020 for the cash market. Dividends will be paid on 3 September. (KR/AR)
