JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN) has accepted credit restructuring proposal from PT Bhakti Agung Propertindo Tbk (BAPI) for its Rp 140.88 billion debt. The company requested credit restructuring due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on its busiiess.
Agung Hadi Tjahjanto, President Director of PT Bhakti Agung Propertindo Tbk (BAPI), said that BTN has accepted the proposal for credit restructuring related to interest payments. "There is a postponement of the payment of 65 percent of our interest, while the remaining 35 percent will still be paid regularly every month for 12 months since the signing of the credit agreement addendum," he said in a disclosure published on Wednesday (5/8).
In addition, he said, there were also postponement of principal debt payments and an extension of tenor. (LK/AR)
