JAKARTA - Ari Dwipayana was appointed as one of the commissioners of PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC) at the company's General Meeting of Shareholders which took place yesterday (4/8). Ari was known as a member of Jokowi-Ma'ruf national campaign team.
According to the company's disclosure published on Thursday (6/8), the appointment of Ari was contained in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) No.SK-262 / MBU / 08/2020. His figure has been known as one of the academics at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and a close figure to PDI Perjuangan.
Other commissioners appointed include Darmin Nasution, former Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs (President Commissioner), Bambang Widianto, Suwandi, Febrio Nathan Kacaribu (Head of the Ministry of Finance's Fiscal Policy Agency), and Mustofa Iskandar. (LK/AR)
