JAKARTA. PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) obtained new contracts with a total value of Rp 588.8 billion in the first half of 2020, 61.5% lower than its record in the same period last year. Because of that, the company plans to cut its new contract acquisition target for this year to 15% lower than its record in 2019.
Head of Investor Relations of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) Erlin Budiman said the reason for his party to cut the contract acquisition target was because he estimated that until the end of 2020, there would be no significant new contracts. Last year, SSIA's target was targeted at Rp 2 trillion and this year, the target was cut to Rp 1.7 trillion.
A number of projects are being worked on by the company, including Lampung City Mall, Extension North Wing Ayana Resort Jimbaran Bali, Mega Surya Mas Extension Surabaya, Semarang Tritunggal School, Electrical Carstensz Apartment Gading Serpong and Temmpo Optima Cikarang.(AM/AR)
