Two member of Central Energi group will not distribute dividends this year

JAKARTA - PT Meta Epsi Tbk (MTPS) and PT Andira Agro Tbk (ANDI) have decided in their Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) that their net profit in 2019 would be used as retained earnings. As of July 2020, PT Central Energi Utama owns 49.733% of ANDI shares and 35.702% of MTPS shares.

As quoted from the company's disclosure published yesterday (7/8), PT Meta Epsi Tbk (MTPS) decided that its net profit (Rp 23.71 billion) would be used as retained earnings (Rp 23.21 billion) and mandatory reserve (Rp 500 million).

Meanwhile, PT Andira Agro Tbk (AND), also decided that its net profit (Rp 12.49 billion) would be used as retained earnings (Rp 11.99 billion) and mandatory reserve (Rp 500 million).

Aside from deciding the use of their net profit, both companies also made changes in their board of commissioners. (LK/AR)
