Emily Bonosusatya purchases 5% stake in Dana Brata Luhur

JAKARTA - Emily Bonosusatya, a member of PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk's (TEBE) board of commissioners, has invested Rp 70.35 billion in the company by purchasing 64,190,205 shares, 5% of the company's placed capital.

According to a stock exchange filing on Monday (10/8), Ms Bonosusatya purchased the shares under PT Robust Buana Tunggal, a company headquartered in Senayan, Jakarta. Previously she had zero share in the company.

"The transaction took place on August 5, 2020 with a price of Rp 1,096 per share," the filing said.

On July 17, TEBE's majority shareholder PT Prima Mineral Utama sold 8.31% of its shares in the company, reducing its overall stake from 51.78% to 43.47%. Prima Mineral sold 106,679,241 shares at a price of Rp 1,096 per share. (LK/MS)
