JAKARTA - Today GoPay launched a cash withdrawal feature that can be used at all BCA ATMs throughout Indonesia. Only five easy steps to process cash withdrawals with GoPay at BCA ATMs.
First, click the Other GoPay menu in the Gojek application, select the Cash Withdrawal feature, then enter the nominal amount of the GoPay balance you want to withdraw, then authenticate with a PIN. After authentication, the customer will receive a 6-digit transaction code that can be used immediately for cardless cash withdrawals at the nearest BCA ATM. The transaction code is confidential and is only valid for 1 (one) hour from the time the code is given.
Withdrawing cash from an BCA ATM is very simple. Once the customer is at BCA ATM, select the "cardless transaction" menu, enter the virtual account code (70008 + cellphone number), then the transaction code and the BCA ATM will issue cash according to the transaction amount.

Previously, BCA and GoPay had collaborated, such as through the BCA Virtual Account feature and the OneKlik feature. This time, BCA and GoPay are collaborating on a new feature released in the latest version of the Gojek application, namely cardless cash withdrawals at BCA ATMs. This feature will be available gradually for all Gojek users. With this feature, it is hoped that it will make it easier for GoPay users to meet their cash needs.
To enjoy this feature, GoPay users only need to upgrade their account to GoPay Plus.
