JAKARTA. At least 43 companies were subject to fines for not submitting their interim financial reports by 31 March 2020.
The companies are subject to written warning and a fine of Rp 50 million. Some of those companies including PT Indofarma Tbk.(INAF), PT Medco Energi International Tbk. (MEDC), PT Visi Media Asia Tbk. (VIVA), PT Global Teleshop Tbk. (GLOB), and PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk. (TELE).
Meanwhile, IDX announced on 10 August 2020 reported 628 companies out of a total of 799 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) had submitted their interim financial reports. (AM/AR)
