JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) or Metland will pay a final dividend of Rp 48.27 billion, 9.9% of its 2019 net profit of Rp 486.97 billion.
According to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday (12/8), the property company will pay a dividend of Rp 6.3 per share on September 9, 2020, with the cum dividend paid on August 14 and the ex dividend paid on August 18 in the regular and negotiation markets. In addition, the cum dividend will be paid on August 19 and the ex dividend on August 24 in the cash market.
Aside from a dividend, the company has also allocated Rp 2 billion of its 2019 net profit as a reserve fund, while the remaining is kept as retained earnings to increase its working capital. (AM/MS)
