JAKARTA - PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) will distribute cash dividends of US$ 729,651 (Rp 10.74 billion), taken from its net profit in 2019 (US$ 3.64 million).
According to the company's disclosure published yesterday (12/8), Wilson Maknawi, Deputy President Director of PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) said that the dividends would be distributed to the holders of 3,666,312,500 of the company's shares, with a value of Rp 2.93 per share
At the AGMS, KEEN shareholders also decided that as much as US$ 2.91 million of the company's net profit would be used to support the company's operations. (LK/AR)
