JAKARTA - PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST) is trying to raise 1.49 trillion by issuing 5,725,160,000 shares through a rights issue. The exercise price is set at Rp 262 per share.
As quoted from the prospectus published by the company on Friday (14/8), ACST's management said that the number of shares to be offered was 89.11% of the company's fully paid-up shares. Shares issued through this corporate action will be traded on 1-8 September 2020.
PT Karya Supra Perkasa (KSP), as the holder of 50.10% of ACST shares, has stated its ability to participate in this corporate action.
The proceeds from the rights issue will be used to pay off part of the company's debt to PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR). (LK/AR)
