JAKARTA - PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY) plans to conduct a rights issue by issuing 1,699,448,100 shares. The corporate action plan will be decided at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 24 September 2020.
Frisky Kurniawan, Corporate Secretary of PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY) conveyed the plan in the company's disclosure published yesterday (18/8). He stated that the proceeds from this corporate action would be used as the company's working capital.
JSKY's management plans for the corporate action to be carried out as soon as possible in the second semester of 2020 and no later than 12 months after the company receive an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). (LK/AR)
