JAKARTA - During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Trinitan Metals and Minerals (PURE), Insmerda Lebang was appointed as President Commissioner to replace Jackson Tandiono. According to the disclosure published on Monday (24/8), Richard Tandiono will serve as one of the commissioners in the company.
Insmerda Lebang previously served as an Independent Commissioner of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (GIAA) until December 2019. Lebang is also Chairman of the Indonesian Nickel Mining Association (APNI).
In addition, the company also appointed the new board of directors of PURE, including Petrus Tjandra (President Director), Widodo Sucipto and Parluhutan. (LK/AR)
