JAKARTA. PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk (BNBA) has set a dividend payout ratio of 25.95% for 2019 financial year, lower than its record in the previous financial year (27.34%).
With a payout ratio of 25.95%, BNBA will distribute cash dividends of Rp 13.28 billion. This decision has been approved by the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held yesterday (25/8).
After distributing dividends, the bank, whose most of the shares are owned by PT Surya Husada Investment, has set aside Rp 2.5 billion from its net profit as a reserve fund. Then, Rp 35.39 billion will be recorded as retained earnings.
BNBA management has set cum date for the regular and negotiations markets on 31 August 2020, and 2 September 2020 for the cash market. Meanwhile, dividend payments will be made on 24 September 2020. (KR/AR)
