JAKARTA. PT Astra Sedaya Finance (ASF) is issuing bonds with a total value of 1.5 trillion. The bonds are part of the company's Shelf Registration Bond V program with a maximum issuance value of Rp 10 trillion.
According to the information submitted to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), ASF offers the bonds in 2 series. Series A is offered with a principal value of Rp 1.03 trillion, fixed interest rate at 6.4% per year, and a tenor of 370 calendar days. Meanwhile, Series B is offered with a principal value of Rp 473 billion, fixed interest rate of 7.6%, and a tenor of 36 months.
ASF appointed PT BCA Sekuritas, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, and PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia, as underwriters.
The subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) will conduct a public offering from 27-28 August 2020. The bonds will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 3 September 2020. (KR/AR)
