JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk. (ASMI) officially rebranded itself to PT Asuransi Maximus Graha Persada Tbk. (ASMI). This decision was made in the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which took place yesterday.
In the minutes of the EGMS quoted on Monday (31/8), Denny Tewu, President Commissioner of PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk. (ASMI) stated that the rebranding was done to increase the company's value. "We are taking this strategic step to attract investors which will further strengthen the company's positioning," he said.
According to him, the move was a form of the company's commitment to improve the performance. (LK/AR)
