JAKARTA. PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA) will distribute dividends of Rp 390 per share. The dividend will be divided into two types, regular cash dividends (Rp 30 per share) and special cash dividends (Rp 360 per share).
Total dividends to be distributed reached Rp 312.26 billion, of which Rp 24.02 billion will be distributed as regular cash dividends and Rp 312.26 billion as special cash dividends.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, as the holder of 26.25% of Delta shares (210.2 million shares), will receive Rp 81.9 billion.
According to the information available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, the cum date for the regular and negotiations market is set on 3 September 2020, and 7 September 2020 for the cash market. (AM/AR)
