BFI Finance will issue bonds with a total value of Rp 832 billion

JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) will offer bonds with a total value of Rp 832 billion, to raise funds for investment and working capital.

BFIN's management explained that the bonds will be offered in 2 series. Series A is offered with a total value of Rp.437 billion, a fixed interest rate of 8% per annum and a tenor of 370 calendar days, while series B is offered with a total value of Rp 395 billion, a fixed interest rate of 9.5% per annum and a tenor of 3 years.

In its prospectus, the management of BFIN added that the bonds were guaranteed with performing receivables.

BFIN has appointed PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) as the trustee in the issuance of these bonds. The company also appointed 5 securities companies as underwriters; PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM).

For the record, Fitch Ratings has given an "A +" (idn) rating for the bonds issued by BFIN. (KR/AR)
