Protelindo will issue bonds with a total value of Rp 151 billion

JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), offered its Shelf Registration Bond II Phase I/2020 with a principal value of Rp 151 billion.

The bonds are offered in 2 series. Series A is offered with a total value of Rp 84 billion, a fixed interest rate of 7% per year and a tenor of 3 years. Meanwhile, series B is offered with a total value of Rp 67 billion, a fixed interest rate of 7.7% per year and a tenor of 7 years.

The bonds offered are part of Protelindo's  ublic Offering II program, with a target of raising Rp 3.5 trillion. Previously, at the end of July 2020, Protelindo had issued bonds with a total value of Rp 500 billion.

The bonds will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 4 September 2020. Protelindo has appointed PT BCA Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas as underwriters. Fitch Ratings Indonesia has given an “idAAA” rating to the bonds offered by Protelindo. (KR/AR)
